This villa comfortably accommodates up to four guests and features a jacuzzi, making it an ideal choice for families, friends, and honeymooners seeking a relaxing and secluded getaway.
Bedroom Details:
- Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.
- Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.
Kitchen & Living Area:
The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances to cater to your culinary needs. The comfortable living area is furnished with a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities to ensure a relaxing stay.
Pool Details:
Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool measuring 3 by 7 meters with a depth of 1.40 meters, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the Mediterranean sun.
Damage Deposit:
A damage deposit of 3,500 TL is collected in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded in cash upon departure, provided there are no damages or losses to the property.
Important Information:
The pool and garden are regularly maintained once a day by our staff. Electricity, water, and gas expenses are included in the rental price, with no additional charges. The villa is delivered clean and prepared for your arrival.
Note:
The minimum rental period throughout the season is 3 nights. An extra cleaning fee of 2,500 TL is charged for stays shorter than 5 nights.
