Villa Kızıl Güneş: A Secluded Retreat Near Patara Beach in Kalkan

This secluded villa is surrounded by nature and offers stunning sea views, a heated indoor pool, a sauna, and a Turkish bath (hamam). It is an ideal choice for a peaceful and relaxing holiday with family and friends. The secluded pool area provides privacy for those seeking a conservative holiday.

Accommodation:

All bedrooms feature a wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.

• Bedroom 1: Includes a double bed, jacuzzi, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Offers a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Provides two single beds and an en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The living area includes comfortable seating, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool:

Guests can enjoy a private outdoor swimming pool measuring 3.5 meters by 14 meters, with a consistent depth of 1.60 meters. A separate indoor pool measuring 2.5 meters by 6.5 meters with a depth of 1.30 meters is also available.

Note: The indoor pool heating system can be activated for an additional weekly fee of 7,000 TL (a minimum charge for 3 days applies).

Damage Deposit:

Guests are required to pay a 5,000 TL security deposit in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property after departure.

General Information:

Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff. Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in each bedroom. Additional towels and linen changes can be arranged for an extra charge.

Important Information:

Between June 15th and September 25th, the minimum rental period is five nights. For stays shorter than six nights, an additional cleaning fee of 4,500 TL will be charged.
