Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.
Pool
information:
Our villa`s pool is 4*11 meters long with a depth of 1.50 meters.
General
information:
The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. You will find clean towels, bed sheets and pillow cases. Pool and garden maintenance will come once a day.
Damage
deposit:
Upon check-in you will have to provide 5,000 TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 5,000 TL back.
NOTE:The minimum rental period for summer is 3 nights . There will be a fee of 4,000TL for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
