Located in Akbel area of Kalkan, one of Antalya's unique holiday destinations, Villa Keyif is a 6-person capacity, 3-bedroom, sea-view, conservative villa. It is ideal for large families and groups of friends.
Room Information:
1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, vanity table, hairdryer, bathroom, jacuzzi, and toilet.
2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, vanity table, hairdryer, bathroom, and toilet.
3rd Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, vanity table, hairdryer, bathroom, and toilet.
Kitchen and Living Room Information:
Villa is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, and the living room has TV, seating area, coffee table, and other essentials.
Pool Information:
Villa features a pool with dimensions of 4x9 meters and a depth of 1.55 meters.
General Information:
Electricity, water, and gas usage are included in the weekly rental fee. Villa is delivered clean, with towels, bed linens, etc. provided in each room. Villa attendant will maintain the pool and garden daily between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
Damage Deposit:
Cash damage deposit of 5,000 TL is required upon entry. Deposit will be refunded at check-out if no damage, loss, etc. is encountered.
NOTE: Minimum rental period is 3 nights for the entire season. An additional 4,000 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.
