Villa Kaya Royal, located in the picturesque Kördere area of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most stunning holiday destinations, is a luxurious and secluded villa perfect for families or groups of up to four guests. This two-bedroom villa offers breathtaking sea views and a private sauna, ensuring a relaxing and unforgettable holiday experience.
Accommodation Details:
- Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, Jacuzzi, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, hairdryer, and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet.
- Bedroom 2: Offers a double bed, Jacuzzi, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, hairdryer, and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet.
Kitchen and Living Area:
The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and utensils necessary for preparing delicious meals. The spacious living area features a comfortable seating area, a TV, and a coffee table, providing the perfect space for relaxation and entertainment.
Pool Information:
Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool measuring 4 meters by 8 meters, with a depth of 1.55 meters.
Damage Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of 5,000 TL (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival. This deposit will be returned in full upon departure, following a satisfactory inspection of the property.
General Information:
Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the weekly rental rate. The villa is meticulously cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in each room. Daily pool and garden maintenance is carried out by our staff between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
NOTE: The minimum stay throughout the season is 3 nights. A supplemental cleaning fee of 3,500 TL applies to stays of less than 5 nights.
