This villa boasts a secluded pool area, ensuring complete privacy for conservative families and groups of friends to enjoy a relaxing and undisturbed holiday.

Accommodation:

• Bedroom 1: This suite features a double bed, a private jacuzzi, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a dressing table, a hairdryer, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: This room provides two single beds, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a dressing table, a hairdryer, and an en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The well-equipped kitchen provides all necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The living room offers a comfortable seating area, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pools:

• Outdoor Pool: The private outdoor pool measures 3 * 8 meters with a depth of 1.5 meters and also features a poolside jacuzzi.
• Indoor Pool: The indoor pool measures 3.5 * 2 meters with a depth of 1.20 meters. For hygiene reasons, it is heated to a maximum of 26-29°C. Pool heating is included in the price from January 1st to May 30th. Outside of these dates, pool heating is available upon request for an additional daily fee of 1,000 TL.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 5,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded upon departure, provided no damage or loss is incurred.

General Information:

• Utility costs (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the weekly rental price.
• The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for each arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in all rooms.
• A villa attendant performs daily pool and garden maintenance between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM.

NOTE: A minimum stay of four nights is required throughout the season. Stays shorter than six nights are subject to an additional cleaning fee of 3,000 TL.
