Villa Karam; 

           This villa is one of our conservative villas, located in sarıbelen, Kalkan, with a capacity of 6 people and surrounded by nature.

Do not be late for the holiday of a lifetime.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    3.Bedroom:   2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom 

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa  provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.  

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 4*10 meters and a depth of 1.60 meters

NOTE: You can find a heating system in the outdoor pool, with a fee of 700TL.  Outdoor heating is available for stays atleast of 4 nights.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 3.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 3.000TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the electricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 4 nights . There will be a fee of 2.500TL for cleaning if you stay is under 6 nights.
