• Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, en-suite bathroom & WC. (Located on the first floor.)
• Bedroom 3: Designed as a twin bedroom, featuring 2 single beds, wardrobe, vanity table, en-suite bathroom & WC. (Located on the first floor.)
• Bedroom 4: 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, en-suite bathroom & WC. (Located on the attic floor with a large terrace and bar.)

All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning.

Kitchen & Living Room Details

The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils.
The living room is furnished with a TV, seating area, coffee table, and other essential furniture.

Pool Details

The villa features a private pool measuring 4 x 8.5 meters with a depth of 1.45 meters.

Damage Deposit

A 10,000 TL damage deposit is required in cash upon check-in. If no damage or loss is found during the final inspection, the deposit will be fully refunded at check-out.

General Information

• Electricity, water, and gas expenses are included in the weekly rental price.
• The villa is delivered clean with fresh towels, linens, and other essentials in every room.
• Daily pool and garden maintenance is carried out by the villa staff.

Note: The minimum rental period is 3 nights throughout the season.
For stays of 7 nights or less, an additional 6,000 TL cleaning fee applies.
