The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The living area includes comfortable seating, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool:

Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool measuring 4 meters by 9 meters, with a consistent depth of 1.70 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 10,000 TL (Turkish Lira) is required in cash upon arrival and will be refunded after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

General Information:

Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the weekly rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in each bedroom. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff.

Important Information:

The minimum rental period is five nights throughout the season. Stays shorter than seven nights are subject to an additional cleaning fee of 9,000 TL.
