Accommodation Details:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing delicious meals. The comfortable living area features a TV, a cozy seating arrangement, a coffee table, and other amenities.

Pool Area:

Enjoy refreshing swims in the private 3.5 x 8 meter pool, with a depth of 1.6 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit of 3,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be returned in cash upon check-out, provided no damage is found during the final inspection.

Important Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily by our staff.
• Electricity, water, and gas costs are included in the rental price. No additional charges will apply.
• The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival and a weekly cleaning service is provided.

Please Note:

• The minimum rental period is 3 nights throughout the season.
• A supplementary cleaning fee of 3,000 TL applies to stays shorter than 6 nights.
