Villa Kalkan 2; 

              This villa is located in Kalamar in Kördere, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 4 people. Villla Kalkan offers a view of the sea, nature surrounding, a heated pool and jacuzzi found in the bedroom.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed,  a jacuzzi, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 4*12 meters and a depth of 1.60 meters

              The indoor heated pool measures at 5*3 with a depth of 1.20 meters.

NOTE:The heating between the dates of 1 October- 1 May, the daily fee will be 500TL

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 3.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 3.000TL back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. Pool and garden maintenance will come daily. 

NOTE: The minimum rental period in summer is 5 days. For the rest of the dates the minimum rental period is 3 nights. For a stay less than 7 nights there will be a daily fee of 2.000TL.
