             Vills Kaktüs is on of our sea view luxury villas. İt has 4 bedrooms, an infinity pool and terrace. The center is 3.5km away from the villa, the beach is just a foot away from you and perfect for a family and a group of friends. An unforgettable holiday awaits your family and friends.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, a jacuzzi,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers and a hairdryer,air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, a hairdryer  and you can find a bathroom

                    3.Bedroom:  2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, a hairdryer, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom 

                     4.Bedroom:  2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table and you can find a bathroom and toilet.

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

                Our  infinity pool measures at 6*15 meters and a depth of 1.70 meters

               The indoor heated pool measures at 3*6 meters with a depth of 1.40 meters

NOTE: Between the dates of  1 November- 1 May the heating system is actİve.

Damage deposit:

Upon check-in you will have to provide 10.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 10.000TL back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. Pool and garden maintenance will come daily. 

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 5 nights . There will be a fee of 5.000 for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
