• Guest Suite: Designed for flexible sleeping arrangements, this inviting room offers two comfortable single beds, individual climate control, and a private en-suite bathroom.

• Private Swimming Pool: The villa boasts a private swimming pool measuring 4 meters by 8 meters, with a depth of 1.5 meters, providing the perfect setting for relaxation and recreation.

Essential Information:

• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of 3,000 TL is required upon arrival and will be returned upon departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
• Included Amenities: The rental price includes the cost of electricity, water, and gas.
• Property Maintenance: For your convenience and comfort, the pool and garden are maintained regularly by dedicated staff.
• Arrival Information: Please note that the final 100 meters of the access road to the villa include a slope and a stabilized surface.
• Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of three nights is required throughout the season. Stays shorter than seven nights are subject to a supplemental cleaning fee of 5,000 TL.
