Accommodation:
- Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, air conditioning, TV, and en-suite bathroom.
Kitchen & Living Area:
The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities.
Pool:
The villa has a private pool measuring 4 x 5 meters with a depth of 1.5 meters.
Damage Deposit:
A security deposit of ₺3,000 (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure, provided no problems are identified.
General Information:
- Daily pool and garden maintenance is carried out by our staff.
- Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price. No additional charges apply.
- The villa is provided clean and ready for your stay.
- Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 3 nights is required throughout the season. Stays of less than 7 nights will incur an additional cleaning fee of ₺2,000 (Turkish Lira).

After selecting the dates and the number of people you want to stay, you will click on the CREATE REQUEST tab on right side of the page of the villa you wish to rent. İn the window that opens, you will have enter the information of the person who is making the reservation and then click on the SEND REQUEST button and your PRE-RESERVATİON request will be sent to us. Our sales team will immediatley contact (phone, e-mail, sms) inquiry of the request you have sent and send you the necessary payment information to confirm your booking request. After your payment have been recieved, your contract details for the villa will be sent vai e-mail or sms.
You can pay 35% of the total amount as down payment via wire transfer-eft, credit-bank card or western union. The remaining 65% is collected in cash upon check-in. You can pay the remaining amount by credit card or debit card.
The number of people that can stay in the villa is stated as capacity on the page of the villa. No more people can stay than the specified capacity.
The prices stated on our site is the accommodation fee of the villa. The price specified in the villa you will stay in is the total cost of the villa for the dates you selected.
There is no food service in the villa accommodations. Every villa has there own kitchen fully equipment. İf you wish, you can prepare your own meals. İf special food service is requested, our contracted chefs can provide service for an extra fee.
