Room Information

• Master Bedrooms (1 & 2): Each features a double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.

• Bedrooms 3 & 4: Both include a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.

• Bedroom 5: Designed with two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.

All rooms are tastefully decorated and designed for maximum comfort.

Kitchen and Living Room

The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils. The spacious living room features a TV, a comfortable seating area, a coffee table, and stylish decor to enhance your stay.

Pool Information

The villa boasts a private pool measuring 4 x 12 meters with a depth of 1.55 meters, offering an ideal space to relax while enjoying the view.

Damage Deposit

A security deposit of 10,000 TL is required in cash upon check-in. If no damages are found during the final inspection at check-out, the deposit will be fully refunded.

General Information

• Electricity, water, and gas expenses are included in the weekly rental price, with no additional charges.

• The villa is delivered to guests in a clean and well-maintained condition. Fresh towels, sheets, and pillowcases are provided in every room.

• Additional cleaning services, extra towels, or bedding sets are available for an additional fee.

Note: The minimum rental period is 4 nights. For stays shorter than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 6,000 TL applies.
