• Bedroom 3: This bedroom offers two single beds, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

A fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The spacious living room features a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pools:

The villa features a private pool measuring 3 * 12 meters with a depth of 1.65 meters. A separate children's pool is also available.

Damage Deposit:

No damage deposit is required for this villa.

General Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily by dedicated staff.
• Utility costs (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price.
• The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival.

NOTE: The minimum stay is five nights throughout the season. A cleaning fee of 2,000 TL applies to stays shorter than five nights.
