Villa İsland

Villa Island; 

                    It is one of our villas with a capacity of 6 people, sea view, sauna and Turkish bath, located in the Kördere area of Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts of Antalya. It is our villa, which can be preferred by honeymoon couples, in luxurious nature, where you will have a pleasant holiday with your family and friends, with an infinity pool where you will experience peace and happiness. Our villa has a playground with table tennis, foosball and a pool table. Additionally, our villa has an indoor heated pool in the bedroom and a shallow pool with jacuzzi outside that you can use as a children's pool.

  Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe,  a jacuzzi,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    3.Bedroom:   1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom                 

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information: 

                  Our outdoor pool measures at 5* 10 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters

                  The child pool(jacuzzi pool) measures at 2.80*2.50 meters with a depth of 80cm.

                  Our indoor pool measures 3*7 meters and a depth of 1 meters

NOTE: The heating system in the closed pool, for the winter has no fee for stays under 7 nights. For any stay under 7 nights, the fee for the heating system is 1.000TL daily. 

NOTE: There will be a daily fee of 1.250TL for under floor heating.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 5.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 5.000TL back.

General information: 

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. Daily there will be pool and garden maintenance.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 5 nights . There will be a fee of 3.000 for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
