Accommodation Details:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils to cater to your culinary needs. The living room includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other furnishings.

Pool Area:

Enjoy refreshing dips in your private 3 x 7 meter pool, with a depth of 1.50 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit of 2,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival. This will be returned to you in cash upon check-out, after an inspection confirms no damage has occurred.

Important Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by our staff.
• Electricity, water, and gas expenses are included in the rental price; no additional fees will be charged.
• The villa is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and a weekly cleaning service is provided.

Please Note:

• The minimum rental period is 3 nights throughout the season.
• A supplementary cleaning fee of 2,000 TL applies to stays shorter than 7 nights.
