Important Note: To avoid confusion, please note that there may be other villas with the same name in different locations in Kalkan (such as Kördere, Akbel, or Kalkan Center) with varying capacities. This description specifically refers to the Villa Irmak located in İslamlar, ideal for couples (2 guests). Some Villa Irmak locations may offer distant sea views; please confirm with the property owner/agency.

Room Information:

• Bedroom: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen and Living Room Information:

Our villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils to cater to your culinary needs. The inviting living room includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for a relaxing stay.

Damage Deposit:

A refundable security deposit of ₺3,000 (Turkish Lira) is collected in cash upon arrival and will be returned in cash upon your departure after a satisfactory inspection for any damages.

Pool Information:

The villa features a private swimming pool measuring 4 x 7 meters with a depth of 1.55 meters.

Important Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out regularly once a day by our dedicated staff.
• All utility expenses (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price. No additional fees are charged.
• The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival and receives a weekly cleaning service.

NOTE: The minimum rental period throughout the season is 4 nights. An extra cleaning fee of ₺2,000 (Turkish Lira) applies for stays shorter than 6 nights.
