Villa İnfinity: A Retreat with Sea and Nature Views in Kalkan's Akbel

Located in the Akbel area of Kalkan , one of Antalya's most stunning holiday destinations, Villa İnfinity offers accommodation for up to eight guests . This villa offers stunning nature and sea views and is suitable for large families and groups of friends. The villa also features a sauna, a jacuzzi, a heated indoor pool, and a fitness room on the ground floor. A sea view jacuzzi is also available on the terrace.

Accommodation:

The villa features four bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: Includes a double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Offers two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Provides a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: Features a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The well-equipped kitchen provides all necessary appliances and utensils for meal preparation. The inviting living area includes comfortable seating, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool:

Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool measuring 4 meters by 7 meters, with a consistent depth of 1.60 meters. A separate heated indoor pool measuring 3 meters by 5.5 meters with a depth of 1.30 meters is also available.

Note: During the winter season, heating for the indoor pool is available for an additional daily fee of 1,000 TL.

Damage Deposit:

Guests are required to pay a 5,000 TL security deposit in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property after departure.

General Information:

Weekly rental rates include utilities (electricity, water, and gas). The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels, sheets, and pillowcases provided in each bedroom. Daily pool and garden maintenance is included. Additional cleaning services, fresh towels, or linen changes can be arranged for an extra charge.

Important Information:

Guests are required to book a minimum of five nights. For stays shorter than seven nights, an additional cleaning fee of 5,000 TL will be charged.
