Accommodation:

This villa features three comfortable bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: This suite offers a double bed, a jacuzzi, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: This suite offers a double bed, a jacuzzi, access to the heated indoor pool, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: This bedroom offers two single beds, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

A fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The spacious living room features a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pools:

• Outdoor Pool: Guests can enjoy the private outdoor pool, which measures 3 * 8 meters and has a depth of 1.50 meters.
• Heated Indoor Pool: The villa also offers a heated indoor pool measuring 2.70 * 4.80 meters with a depth of 1.10 meters.

NOTE: Heating for the indoor pool is available for an additional fee of 1,000 TL per day.

Other Amenities:

The villa also features a traditional Turkish hamam, a sauna, and a private cinema area for your enjoyment.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 4,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded in cash upon departure, provided no damage is incurred.

General Information:

• Weekly rental rates include utility costs (electricity, water, and gas).
• The villa is meticulously cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels, sheets, and pillowcases provided.
• Daily pool and garden maintenance is provided by a dedicated staff member.

NOTE: A minimum stay of four nights is required throughout the season. A cleaning fee of 3,500 TL applies to stays shorter than seven nights.
