• Bedroom 1: One double bed, indoor pool with jacuzzi features, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The living area includes a TV, seating area, coffee table, and other amenities.

Pool:

The villa has a 3.5 x 7.5 meter pool with a depth of 1.50 meters. Not: Metninizde jakuzili kapalı havuzdan bahsediliyor ancak daha sonra havuz bilgileri kısmında sadece açık havuzdan bahsediliyor. Bu çelişkiyi gidermek için arama sonuçlarından elde ettiğim bilgilerle birleştirerek, yatak odasında jakuzili bir kapalı havuzun olduğunu ve ayrıca villanın kendine ait özel bir açık havuzunun da olduğunu belirttim.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of ₺3,000 (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure, provided no damage is found.

General Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out by our staff once a day.
• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price. No additional charges apply.
• The villa is delivered clean and ready for your stay.

Minimum Stay:

• The minimum rental period is 3 nights throughout the season.
• An extra cleaning fee of ₺2,000 (Turkish Lira) is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.
