Villa Horizon: A Sea View Retreat in Kalkan's Kızıltaş

Located in the Kızıltaş area of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most unique holiday destinations, Villa Horizon offers accommodation for up to 10 guests. This villa boasts sea views and a private gym, making it an ideal choice for large families and groups of friends.

Note: Villa Harmony is located next door and can be rented together for larger groups.

Accommodation:

All bedrooms feature a wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.

• Bedroom 1: Includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Offers two single beds and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: Includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 5: Offers two single beds and an en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The living area includes comfortable seating, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool:

Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool measuring 4 meters by 9 meters, with a consistent depth of 1.60 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 200 GBP is payable upon arrival and will be refunded to your account after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

General Information:

Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the weekly rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels, sheets, and pillowcases provided in each bedroom. Additional cleaning, fresh towels, or linen changes are available for an extra charge.

Important Information:

The minimum rental period is five nights throughout the season. Stays shorter than five nights are subject to an additional cleaning fee of 80 GBP.
