Located in Akbel, Kalkan, one of Antalya’s most unique holiday destinations, Villa Hobbit offers a sea view and accommodates 4 guests. This villa is also an excellent choice for large families and groups of friends, providing a relaxing and spacious environment for everyone.

Room Details:

• First Bedroom: Double bed, bathtub, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with WC.
• Second Bedroom: Two single beds, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with WC.

Kitchen and Living Room Information:

The villa is fully equipped with kitchen appliances and utensils to cater to all your needs. The living room features a TV, comfortable seating, coffee table, and other furnishings for a pleasant stay.

Pool Information:

The villa boasts a private pool measuring 3.6x7 meters with a depth of 1.5 meters, offering a serene spot for relaxation.

Damage Deposit:

A cash damage deposit of 4,000 TRY is required upon arrival. If no issues are found upon check-out, the deposit will be refunded in full.

General Information:

Electricity, water, and gas costs are included in the weekly rental fee. The villa will be delivered clean upon your arrival, with fresh towels, bed linens, and pillowcases provided in each room. Additional requests for extra cleaning, new towels, or bedding are subject to additional charges.

Note: Minimum rental period is 3 nights throughout the season. For stays shorter than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 3,500 TRY applies.
