Villa Hill Sunset: A Romantic Escape with Stunning Sea Views and Private Jacuzzi in Kalkan

Nestled in the beautiful Ordu area of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most stunning holiday destinations, Villa Hill Sunset offers a romantic and unforgettable escape designed for couples and honeymooners. This charming villa boasts breathtaking sea views, a private jacuzzi, and a tranquil atmosphere, promising a truly special holiday experience.

Breakfast Service:

From April 1st to November 1st, breakfast is included in your stay (served between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM). If you prefer breakfast to be served at the villa, an additional service fee of 750 TL will apply.

Accommodation:

This villa features one beautifully appointed bedroom suite:

• Bedroom 1: This suite offers a comfortable double bed, a jacuzzi, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

A fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The inviting living room features a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool:

Guests can enjoy the refreshing private pool, which measures 7.10 * 2.34 meters and has a depth of 1.43 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 5,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded in cash upon departure, provided no damage is incurred.

General Information:

• Weekly rental rates include utility costs (electricity, water, and gas).
• The villa is meticulously cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels, sheets, and pillowcases provided.
• Daily pool and garden maintenance is provided by a dedicated staff member.
• Requests for extra cleaning, fresh towels, or linen changes are subject to an additional fee.
• A welcome pack and hygiene set are provided free of charge.
• Regular pest control is carried out due to the villa's natural setting. However, guests may still encounter insects such as butterflies, flies, etc.
• Access to the villa may involve some inclines and stabilized roads, typical for the Kalkan region. Please contact our Villa Consultants for more information on road conditions.

NOTE: The minimum stay is three nights throughout the season. A pet fee of 2,000 TL applies. From May 1st to October 31st, 2024 (Please confirm for 2025), a floating fruit tray can be delivered to the villa upon request for an additional fee of 2,000 TL. If you would like the included breakfast to be served at the villa, a service charge of 600 TL will be applied.
