Breakfast Service:

From April 1st to November 1st, breakfast is included in your stay (served between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM). If you prefer breakfast to be served at the villa, an additional service fee of 750 TL will apply.

Accommodation:

This villa features one beautifully appointed bedroom suite:

• Bedroom 1: This suite offers a comfortable double bed, a jacuzzi, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

A fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The inviting living room features a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool:

Guests can enjoy the refreshing private pool, which measures 7.64 * 4.98 meters and has a depth of 1.55 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 5,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded in cash upon departure, provided no damage is incurred.

General Information:

• Weekly rental rates include utility costs (electricity, water, and gas).
• The villa is meticulously cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels, sheets, and pillowcases provided.
• Daily pool and garden maintenance is provided by a dedicated staff member.
• Requests for extra cleaning, fresh towels, or linen changes are subject to an additional fee.
• A welcome pack and hygiene set are provided free of charge.
• The site entrance is monitored by 24-hour security cameras.
• Regular pest control is carried out due to the villa's natural setting. However, guests may still encounter insects such as butterflies, flies, etc.
• Access to the villa may involve some inclines and stabilized roads, typical for the Kalkan region. Please contact our Villa Consultants for more information on road conditions.
• The pool area is designed for seclusion, offering complete privacy.

Important Notes about Kalkan:

• Kalkan is built on a hillside. Access to all villas in Kalkan and the surrounding villages involves uphill and winding roads.
• Due to high demand, Kalkan may experience occasional power and water outages, low voltage, and infrastructure or construction work.
