Breakfast Service:

From April 1st to November 1st, a complimentary breakfast is included in your stay (served between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM). Should you prefer breakfast to be served at the villa, an additional service fee of 750 TL will apply.

Accommodation:

The villa features a beautifully appointed bedroom suite:

• Bedroom 1: This suite offers a comfortable double bed, a private jacuzzi, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa provides a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The inviting living room features a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool:

Guests can enjoy the refreshing private pool, which measures 7.87 * 4.20 meters and has a depth of 1.52 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 5,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded upon departure, provided no damage is incurred.

General Information:

• Weekly rental rates include utility costs (electricity, water, and gas).
• The villa will be meticulously cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels, sheets, and pillowcases provided in each room.
• Requests for extra cleaning, fresh towels, or linen changes are subject to an additional fee.

NOTE: A minimum stay of three nights is required throughout the season. An extra cleaning fee of 2,000 TL will be applied for guests bringing pets.
