This villa features one beautifully appointed bedroom:

• Bedroom 1: This suite offers a comfortable double bed, a jacuzzi, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

A fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The inviting living room features a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool:

Guests can enjoy the refreshing private pool, which measures 5.2 * 8.2 meters and has a depth of 1.5 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 5,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded in cash upon departure, provided no damage is incurred.

General Information:

• Weekly rental rates include utility costs (electricity, water, and gas).
• The villa is meticulously cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels, sheets, and pillowcases provided.
• Daily pool and garden maintenance is provided by a dedicated staff member.
• Requests for extra cleaning, fresh towels, or linen changes are subject to an additional fee.
• The site entrance is monitored by 24-hour security cameras.

NOTE: The minimum stay is three nights throughout the season. Breakfast is included from April 1st to October 31st, 2025. A pet fee of 2,000 TL applies. A welcome pack and hygiene set are provided free of charge.
