Villa Hedef: A Luxurious Retreat with Sea Views and a Heated Indoor Pool in Kalkan

Located in Kalkan , one of Antalya's most stunning holiday destinations, Villa Hedef offers accommodation for up to six guests. This luxurious villa boasts sea views, a heated indoor pool, a Turkish bath (hamam), a sauna, and a cinema room. It is an ideal choice for families and groups of friends.

Accommodation:

The villa features three bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: Includes a double bed, bathtub, TV, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Offers two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Provides a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom (located on the basement floor).

Kitchen and Living Area:

The well-equipped kitchen provides all necessary appliances and utensils for meal preparation. The inviting living area includes comfortable seating, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool:

Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool measuring 5 meters by 12.5 meters, with a consistent depth of 1.50 meters. A separate heated indoor pool measuring 2.8 meters by 6.5 meters with a depth of 1.30 meters is also available.

Note: Pool heating is available for an additional daily fee of 1,250 TL. Underfloor heating is available for an additional fee of 1,750 TL, regardless of the length of stay.

Damage Deposit:

Guests are required to pay a 5,000 TL security deposit in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property after departure.

General Information:

Weekly rental rates include utilities (electricity, water, and gas). The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels, sheets, and pillowcases provided in each bedroom. Daily pool and garden maintenance is included. Additional cleaning services, fresh towels, or linen changes can be arranged for an extra charge.

Important Information:

Guests are required to book a minimum of five nights. For stays shorter than seven nights, an additional cleaning fee of 4,000 TL will be charged.
