• Bedroom 2: Offers a double bed, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a WC.
• Bedroom 3: Provides a double bed, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a WC.
• Bedroom 4: Includes two single beds, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a WC.
• Bedroom 5: Contains a double bed, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a WC.

Kitchen and Living Area:

A fully equipped kitchen provides all necessary appliances and utensils. The living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, and a coffee table.

Pool Information:

A private pool measuring 5 meters by 10 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters is available. A smaller upper pool measures 4 meters by 8 meters with a depth of 0.95 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A cash deposit of 4,000 TL (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure, provided there are no damages or losses.

General Information:

Utility costs (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the weekly rate. The property is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided. Daily pool and garden maintenance is provided.

NOTE: The minimum stay is 3 nights. A supplemental cleaning fee of 4,000 TL applies to stays shorter than 5 nights.
