Room Details:

• First Bedroom: Double bed, TV, jacuzzi, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with WC.
• Second Bedroom: Two single beds, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with WC.

Kitchen and Living Room Information:

The villa is equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances and utensils to cater to your needs. The living room features a TV, comfortable seating, coffee table, and other furnishings to ensure a pleasant stay.

Pool Information:

Private pool measuring 4x8 meters with a depth of 1.5 meters, perfect for relaxation.

Damage Deposit:

A cash deposit of 3,000 TRY is required upon arrival. If no damages, losses, or issues are found upon check-out, the deposit will be refunded in full.

General Information:

Electricity, water, and gas costs are included in the weekly rental fee. The villa will be delivered clean upon your arrival, with fresh towels, bed linens, and essentials provided in each room. Daily maintenance of the pool and garden is handled by the villa staff.

Note: Minimum rental duration is 3 nights throughout the season. For stays shorter than 5 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 2,500 TRY applies.
