Villa Havana; 

           Our villa, located in the Bezirgan area of Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts of Antalya, offers a holiday opportunity where silence and peace prevail, intertwined with nature. Our villa has a stylish concept and offers accommodation for families and groups of friends of 5 people, with a large garden, a barbecue area and isnt visible from the outside.

NOTE: There is a generator in the villa just incase of power outages.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, a jacuzzi, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  1 double bed, 1 single bed,wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 7*12.5 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters

              The childrens pool measures at 2*2 meters with a depth of 0.90 meters and we have a jacuzzi.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 2.500TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 2.500TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the eiectricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 4 nights . There will be a fee of 1.200TL for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
