NOTE: This villa is a semi-detached property, sharing a boundary with Villa Half Moon 1. For larger families or groups of friends traveling together, both villas can be rented simultaneously.

Room Information:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, television, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.
• Bedroom 2: One double bed, television, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen and Living Room Information:

A fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing and enjoying meals. The comfortable living room offers a relaxing space with a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other tasteful furnishings.

Pool Information:

The villa features a secluded private heated pool measuring 3.8 x 11 meters with a depth of 1.55 meters, providing a refreshing and private oasis throughout your stay.

Damage Deposit:

A refundable security deposit of ₺2,000 (Turkish Lira) is collected in cash upon arrival and will be returned upon departure after a satisfactory inspection of the property.

Important Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by our dedicated staff.
• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price. No additional fees are charged.
• The villa is delivered clean and prepared for your arrival.

NOTE: The minimum rental period throughout the season is 5 nights. An extra cleaning fee of £50 (British Pounds) applies for stays shorter than 5 nights.
