Villa Half Moon 1 (İslamlar, Kalkan): A Secluded Retreat with Private Pool in Nature

Nestled in the heart of nature in the İslamlar area of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most exquisite holiday destinations, Villa Half Moon 1 offers a tranquil escape. This two-bedroom villa, each with its own private bathroom, comfortably accommodates up to four guests and boasts a private pool within its lush garden. Designed with relaxation in mind, the villa features dedicated areas for al fresco dining and leisure by the pool. With its secluded setting and enclosed grounds, the villa provides complete privacy, making it an ideal choice for conservative families and honeymoon couples.

NOTE: Villa Half Moon 1 is a semi-detached villa and shares a boundary with Villa Half Moon 2. For larger families or groups of friends, both villas can be rented together.

Room Information:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, television, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.
• Bedroom 2: One double bed, television, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen and Living Room Information:

A fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The living room offers a comfortable and relaxing space with a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other furnishings.

Pool Information:

The villa boasts a secluded private pool measuring 3.8 x 11 meters with a depth of 1.55 meters, ensuring complete privacy during your stay.

Damage Deposit:

A refundable security deposit of ₺2,000 (Turkish Lira) is collected in cash upon arrival and will be returned upon departure, provided no damage is found during the final inspection.

Important Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by our staff.
• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price. No additional fees are charged.
• The villa is delivered clean and ready for your stay.

NOTE: The minimum rental period throughout the season is 5 nights. An extra cleaning fee of £50 (British Pounds) applies for stays shorter than 5 nights.
