Accommodation:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with WC.
• Bedroom 2: One double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with WC.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The living area is comfortably furnished with a TV, seating, a coffee table, and other amenities.

Pool:

Enjoy refreshing dips in your private swimming pool, measuring 3.5 x 7.5 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A damage deposit of ₺3,000 (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival and will be refunded in cash upon departure, provided no damage is found during the final inspection.

Important Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by our staff.
• Electricity, water, and gas expenses are included in the rental price. No additional charges will apply.
• The villa will be provided clean and ready for your stay.
  
• Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 5 nights is required between June 1st and September 30th. A minimum stay of 4 nights is required during other months. Stays shorter than 7 nights incur an additional cleaning fee of ₺2,000 (Turkish Lira).
• Check-in Time: 4:00 PM (16:00)
• Check-out Time: 10:00 AM (10:00)
