Villa Güney is one of our sea-view villas located in Kalkan, one of the unique holiday destinations in Antalya. With a capacity of 4 people, it is an ideal choice for nuclear families and honeymoon couples.

Room Information

• 1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with WC.
• 2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with WC.

Kitchen and Living Room Information

Our villa is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils to meet your needs. In the living room, you will find a TV, seating group, coffee table, and other essential furnishings.

Pool Information

• Our villa features a swimming pool with dimensions of 3.2 x 5 meters and a depth of 1.40 meters.

Indoor Pool Information

• The indoor pool has dimensions of 2 x 5.5 meters and a depth of 1.20 meters.

NOTE: When the heated pool is activated, an additional daily fee of 1,000 TL is required.

Damage Deposit

A  5,000 TL damage deposit is required at check-in. If no issues are detected upon check-out, the deposit will be refunded to your account.

General Information

• The weekly rental price includes electricity, water, and gas; no extra charges will be requested for these utilities.
• The villa will be delivered to you in a clean condition before check-in.
• Towels, bed linens, and pillowcases are provided in the rooms for hygiene purposes.
• Extra cleaning, new towels, and bed linens are available upon request for an additional fee.

NOTE: The minimum rental period throughout the season is 5 nights. From June 16 to September 15, the minimum stay is also 5 nights. For stays shorter than 6 nights, an additional 4,000 TL cleaning fee will be charged.
