Room Details:

• 1st Bedroom: This spacious room features a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe for your belongings, a stylish dressing table, bedside tables, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom/WC, ensuring a restful and convenient stay.

• 2nd Bedroom: Designed for flexibility, this room is furnished with two single beds, a wardrobe, a dressing table, bedside tables, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom/WC, providing both comfort and privacy.

Kitchen and Living Room Details:

The villa is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils, making it easy to prepare your meals. The spacious living room invites relaxation, featuring a large TV, cozy seating area, coffee table, and tasteful decor that enhances the ambiance of the space.

Pool Information:

The villa boasts a beautifully designed outdoor pool, measuring 3.2 * 5 meters and with a depth of 1.40 meters, ideal for refreshing swims and relaxation under the sun.

Indoor Pool Details:

In addition to the outdoor pool, the villa also offers an indoor pool with dimensions of 2 * 5.5 meters and a depth of 1.20 meters, allowing you to enjoy a swim regardless of the weather.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Should you wish to use the heated pool, an additional daily fee of 750 TL will be charged.

Damage Deposit:

A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is required at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded after check-out, provided there are no issues or damages found during the inspection of the property.

General Information:

The weekly rental price includes all utilities such as electricity, water, and gas, so you won't be charged extra for these services. The villa will be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, and you will find fresh towels, bed linens, and pillowcases in your rooms for hygiene and comfort. Any additional requests for extra cleaning, new towels, or bed linens will incur an extra fee.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The villa has a minimum stay requirement of 5 nights throughout the year. From June 16th to September 15th, this minimum stay requirement remains the same. For stays shorter than 6 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 4,000 TL will be applied.
