Villa Greenspece : A Sea View Villa with Heated Pool and Gym in Kalkan's Kalamar 

Located in Kalkan's Kalamar area, one of Antalya's most unique holiday destinations , this villa offers accommodation for up to 16 guests. It is an ideal choice for large families and groups of friends, offering stunning sea views, a private heated pool, and a gym.

Accommodation:

All bedrooms feature a wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.

• Bedroom 1: Includes one double bed.
• Bedroom 2: Offers two single beds.
• Bedroom 3: Includes one double bed and a Jacuzzi. This bedroom is located on the roof terrace.
• Bedroom 4: Includes one double bed and two single beds.
• Bedroom 5: Offers two single beds.
• Bedroom 6: Includes one double bed.
• Bedroom 7: Offers two single beds.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool:

The villa has a heated pool measuring 4 meters by 12 meters, with a depth of 1.45 meters.

Note: The pool heating is available for an additional daily fee of 60 GBP (British Pounds).

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 200 GBP (British Pounds) is payable by bank transfer upon arrival and will be refunded to your account after departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

General Information:

Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the weekly rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and fresh towels, sheets, and pillowcases are provided in each bedroom. Additional cleaning, fresh towels, or linen changes are available for an extra charge.

Important Information:

The minimum rental period is three nights throughout the season. Stays shorter than five nights are subject to an additional cleaning fee of 100 GBP.
