This charming villa features a private, secluded pool area, a jacuzzi, and comfortable amenities, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.

Accommodation:

This villa offers flexible accommodation options: While some sources indicate the villa is ideal for couples with one bedroom, others suggest it can accommodate up to six guests with three bedrooms. We have included both options below for clarity. Please confirm the exact configuration with the property owner before booking.

Option 1 (For Couples/Honeymooners - One Bedroom):

• Bedroom 1: This suite features a comfortable double bed, a jacuzzi, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.

Option 2 (For Families/Groups - Three Bedrooms - Based on Search Results):

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, jacuzzi, bedside table, dressing table and en-suite bathroom/WC.
• Bedroom 2: One double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table and en-suite bathroom/WC.
• Bedroom 3: Two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen and Living Area:

A fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The inviting living room features a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation. A dining table and chairs are also available.

Pool:

Guests can enjoy the refreshing private pool, which measures 3.5 * 9 meters and has a depth of 1.55 meters. The pool area is designed for seclusion, ensuring complete privacy.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 3,000 TL is payable into an account upon arrival and will be refunded to your account after departure, provided no damage is incurred.

General Information:

• Weekly rental rates include utility costs (electricity, water, and gas).
• The villa will be meticulously cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels, sheets, and pillowcases provided.
• Requests for extra cleaning, fresh towels, or linen changes are subject to an additional fee.

NOTE: A minimum stay of three nights is required throughout the season. A cleaning fee of 2,000 TL applies to stays shorter than seven nights.
