This villa features four bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: This suite offers a double bed, a jacuzzi (please confirm jacuzzi availability in this specific villa), a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: This bedroom offers two single beds, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: This bedroom offers a double bed, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: This bedroom offers a double bed, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

A fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The spacious living room features a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool:

The villa features a private pool measuring 4 * 9 meters with a depth of 1.60 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 4,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded in cash upon departure, provided no damage is incurred.

General Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily by dedicated staff.
• Utility costs (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price.
• The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival.

NOTE: The minimum stay is five nights throughout the season. A cleaning fee of 5,000 TL applies to stays shorter than six nights.
