Room Information:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen and Living Room Information:

A fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances and utensils to meet your culinary needs. The living room offers a comfortable space with a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other furnishings.

Pool Information:

The villa features a swimming pool measuring 3.5 x 7.5 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters, along with a separate shallow pool measuring 2 x 3.5 meters with a depth of 0.30 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A refundable security deposit of ₺4,000 (Turkish Lira) is collected in cash upon arrival and will be returned in cash upon your departure after a satisfactory inspection for any damages.

Important Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out regularly once a day by our staff.
• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price. No additional fees are charged.
• The villa is delivered to you clean and prepared for your stay and is cleaned once a week.

NOTE: The minimum rental period throughout the season is 4 nights. An extra cleaning fee of ₺2,500 (Turkish Lira) applies for stays shorter than 6 nights.
