• Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, heated pool, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with WC.
• Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with WC, and a jacuzzi.

Kitchen and living room details

The villa is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils. The living room includes a TV, seating area, coffee table, and other essential furnishings.

Pool details

• Outdoor pool: 4m x 12m, depth 1.60m.
• Indoor heated pool: 2.5m x 4m, depth 0.80m.

Note: The heated pool is available between October 1st - April 1st at an additional cost of 1,500 TL per day.

Damage deposit

A 3,000 TL refundable damage deposit is required upon check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out, provided no damage is found.

Important information

• Daily pool and garden maintenance is carried out by the staff.
• Electricity, water, and gas fees are included in the rental price.
• The villa is delivered clean and ready for your stay, with fresh linens and towels provided. Weekly cleaning is included.

Note: The minimum stay is 3 nights. For stays less than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 2,000 TL applies.
