• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, TV, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities.

Pool:

The villa boasts a private pool measuring 3.5 x 11.5 meters with a depth of 1.55 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of ₺3,000 (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival and will be fully refunded upon departure, provided no damage or loss is incurred.

General Information:

• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas/propane) are included in the weekly rental price.
• The villa is provided clean and ready for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens in each room.
• Daily pool and garden maintenance is carried out by our staff.

Minimum Stay:

• A minimum stay of 4 nights is required throughout the season.
• Stays of less than 5 nights will incur an additional cleaning fee of ₺3,000 (Turkish Lira).
