Accommodation Details:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, TV, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The living area offers comfortable seating, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool Information:

The villa boasts a private pool measuring 3.5 x 8 meters and 1.50 meters deep. The pool terrace is described as "not overlooked," ensuring complete privacy for guests.

Damage Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit of 3,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be returned in cash upon check-out provided there are no damages.

General Information:

Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by our staff. Electricity, water, and gas usage are included in the rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before your arrival.

• The minimum stay throughout the season is 4 nights.
• A supplementary cleaning fee of 2,000 TL applies to stays shorter than 5 nights.
