Accommodation:

This villa features four bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: Includes a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Offers a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Provides a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: Features a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

A well-equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The inviting living area features comfortable seating, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool:

The private pool measures 6m x 4m with a depth of 1.60m.

Damage Deposit:

Guests are required to pay a 5,000 TL security deposit in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property after departure.

General Information:

Weekly rental rates include utilities (electricity, water, and gas). The villa is thoroughly cleaned prior to each arrival, with fresh towels, sheets, and pillowcases provided in each bedroom. Daily pool and garden maintenance is included. Additional cleaning services, fresh towels, or linen changes can be arranged for an extra charge.

Important Information:

Guests are required to book a minimum of seven nights during June, July, August, and September. During other months, a minimum stay of five nights is required. For stays shorter than seven nights, an additional cleaning fee of 6,000 TL will be charged.
