Fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils. The living room features a TV, seating area, coffee table, and other essentials for a comfortable stay.

Pool Information

A private outdoor pool measuring 4 x 9 meters with a depth of 1.5 meters ensures a refreshing and enjoyable experience.

Damage Deposit

A 3,000 TL security deposit is collected in cash upon check-in. Fully refundable at check-out, provided there is no damage, loss, or other issues.

General Information

• Electricity, water, and gas usage are included in the weekly rental price.
• The villa is delivered spotlessly clean, with fresh towels, linens, and essentials in every room.
• Daily pool and garden maintenance is carried out by the villa staff.

• Minimum stay: 3 nights.
• For stays shorter than 7 nights, an extra cleaning fee of 2,500 TL applies.
