Villa Ferzan; 

          This villa is one of luxurious villas  located in Hacıoğlan, Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya,  with a capacity of 6 people.This villa is a perfect fit for a large family or a group of friends, designed to relive the tiredness from the whole year and have unforgettable holiday with a turkish bath and a sauna. Also we have a childrens play area and a park for the kids.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, a jacuzzi, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  1 double beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    3.Bedroom:  2  single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom 

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 4*16 meters and a depth of 1.60 meters

              Our indoor heat pool measures at 2.5*6 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters.

NOTE: The indoor heat pool is available in the winter. For the heating system there is a daily fee of 500TL(October, November and December is 800TL), Also have floor heating.

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa  provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.  

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 5.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 5.000TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the electricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 3 nights . There will be a fee of 3.000TL for cleaning if your stay is under 6 nights.
