Villa Fatma; 

    Our villa, located in Kördere area of Kalkan. is one of our luxury villas with a nature and a sea view.

Since the pool  of our villa is sheltered and designed not be seen from the outside, conservative families can choose it with peace of mind. We welcome holiday makers who want to  enjoy their holiday to our villa.

Room information: 

                 All rooms include a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a dressing table, a hairdryer, bathroom and a toilet

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, a jacuzzi,   a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    3.Bedroom:   1 single bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom 

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

                Our heated pool measures at 4*13 meters and a depth of 1.60 meters

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 10,000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 10,000TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the eiectricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 5 nights . There will be a fee of 3.000TL for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
