Villa Fati: A Romantic and Secluded Retreat in İslamlar, Kalkan

Located in the İslamlar region of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most unique holiday destinations, Villa Fati is a nature-view villa with a capacity of 2 guests. Our villa appeals to honeymoon couples and conservative families. Situated in nature, our villa guarantees a beautiful and unforgettable holiday with fresh air and birdsong.

Accommodation:

• Bedroom: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, and air conditioning.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The living area includes a TV, seating area, coffee table, and an en-suite bathroom.

Pool:

The villa has a pool measuring 3 x 7 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of ₺3,000 (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival and will be refunded in cash upon departure, provided no damage is found during the final inspection.

General Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out regularly by our staff once a day.
• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price. No additional charges apply.
• The villa is delivered clean and prepared on the day of your arrival and is cleaned once a week.

Minimum Stay:

• The minimum rental period is 4 nights throughout the season.
• An extra cleaning fee of ₺2,000 (Turkish Lira) is charged for stays shorter than 6 nights.
