Located in the Üzümlü area of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most exquisite holiday destinations, Villa Fantastik offers a peaceful and joyful escape amidst nature, accommodating up to 6 guests. Accommodation:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: One double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The living area includes a TV, seating area, coffee table, and other amenities.

Pools:

• Outdoor Pool: 3.5 x 8.5 meters with a depth of 1.60 meters.
• Indoor Heated Pool: 2 x 1.70 meters with a depth of 0.6 meters.

Note: Outdoor pool heating is included in the price between June 15th and September 30th. Between October 20th and May 1st, there is a daily heating fee of ₺1,250 for the indoor pool. During this period (October 20th - May 1st), the indoor pool heating system is continuously active, and guests are required to pay the heating fee.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of ₺5,000 (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure, provided no damage is found.

General Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out by our staff once a day.
• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price. No additional charges apply.
• The villa is delivered clean and ready for your stay.

Minimum Stay:

• The minimum rental period is 4 nights throughout the season.
• An extra cleaning fee of ₺5,000 (Turkish Lira) is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.
